Printing methods
Textile Printing
Four methods, matched to your design, your quantity and your requirements. From one-offs to large runs.
Digital printing (DTF)
The design is printed onto a carrier film and then transferred to the garment. We work with the Aeoon Kyo – one of the most powerful DTF machines on the market.
Latex printing
Transfer film printing
Logos or lettering are cut from coloured film and heat-pressed onto the garment. Effect films are also available: mirror, gold, glitter.
Screen printing
A screen is made in the shape of your logo, and the ink is pushed through it onto the garment with a squeegee. Multi-colour designs are printed on a carousel press.
Decoration
Embroidery
Three latest-generation Tajima eight-head embroidery machines. For small designs, up to 300 pieces per day per machine. The result: a finish that looks and feels premium – and lasts a lifetime.
Flat embroidery
The classic – flat, clean embroidery for logos and lettering. Works on almost any garment.
3D puff embroidery
A foam layer beneath the stitching creates a raised, sculpted effect – especially popular for caps and sportswear.
Decorative effects
Metallic, fluorescent or high-sheen threads add striking accents when you want to stand out.
Appliqué embroidery
A piece of fabric is laid on and only its outline is stitched – for a high-quality patch effect directly on the garment.
